Payment & Refund Policy
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Indra Educational Services Private Limited, the owner and administrator of our mobile applications, website and related learning services (the “App” or “Services”). The term “you” or “user” refers to any person who has paid, or intends to pay, for the services offered through our Apps, website or our institute. By making a payment, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Services Provided Through the App
Subject to availability and to the other conditions stated here, we provide educational services that help students prepare for medical entrance examinations (NEET UG and NEET PG) through various plans, live and recorded classes, tests, notes, MCQs, question banks and other study methods and materials.
Rules Regarding Payment
- You may choose from the subscription, course or enrollment plans made available through the App or at our centres. By selecting a plan and proceeding to pay, you agree to the terms applicable to that plan.
- Fees are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be revised (increased or decreased) from time to time at our discretion. The fee applicable to you is the one shown at the moment of checkout.
- Access to any paid plan, content or service is granted only upon successful payment and confirmation of the transaction.
- The total amount payable may comprise the plan or course fee, service charges, payment-gateway or convenience charges, and applicable taxes (including GST).
- We are not responsible for any additional charges levied by third parties, such as your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or internet/data charges.
- Payments through the App are accepted online only, via our authorized payment partner (Razorpay). We do not collect cash through the App.
- Study materials and services are delivered in digital formats (live and recorded video, PDF notes, in-app tests, question banks and MCQs) and/or at our centres, as specified in the chosen plan.
- All classes, notes, tests and other materials are the intellectual property of Indra Educational Services Private Limited and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. Recording, sharing, redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt at fraud, misuse, sharing of login credentials, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access and forfeiture of amounts paid, without refund.
- Multiple payment options may be offered through the gateway; their availability depends on the payment gateway and your bank.
- We are not liable for failed or delayed transactions arising from technical issues, network failures, or other factors beyond our reasonable control at the gateway or bank end.
- If an amount is debited but access is not granted, it is generally auto-reversed by your bank or the gateway within the standard settlement period. If it is not reversed, you may raise a refund request as described below.
- All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
- By making a payment, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment instrument.
Cancellation Not Allowed
- Once a subscription, course or enrollment has been purchased by making payment, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund shall be claimed merely on account of cancellation or a change of mind.
- A subscription or enrollment remains valid for its stated validity period, irrespective of whether, or to what extent, you actually use the services during that period.
- Refunds are considered only under the specific circumstances described in “Procedure for Claiming Refund” below.
Procedure for Claiming Refund
- In case of a wrongful or duplicate deduction — for example, where an amount is debited more than once, or where more than the displayed price is debited — you may apply for a refund of the excess or duplicate amount.
- All refund requests are subject to verification and reconciliation of the transaction against our payment-gateway records.
- To raise a request, contact us at support@indraedu.com with your registered name, mobile number, transaction ID and date, and a brief description of the issue.
- Valid and verified refunds are generally processed within one (1) week (7 working days) from the date the refund is confirmed, to the original mode of payment.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any refund shall not exceed the amount actually received by us, and in any case shall not exceed Rupees Fifteen Thousand (₹15,000) only.
- No refund shall be payable where the account has been suspended or deactivated due to a violation of our terms, fraud, or misuse.
- Any outstanding dues payable by you must be settled before a refund can be processed.
- Refund claims must be raised within fifteen (15) days of the disputed transaction. Requests received after this period may not be entertained.
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment instrument or account used for the transaction, unless we determine that an alternate mode is necessary.
- Transaction or convenience charges, payment-gateway fees, and taxes already incurred may be non-refundable.
