These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, website and related learning services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”) provided by Indra Educational Services Private Limited. They apply across all platforms on which the App is made available, including Android, iOS and the web.

Please read these Terms carefully. By registering for, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Your use of the Services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms; partial acceptance is not permitted. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. Once you register, you cannot claim to be unaware of these Terms.

• “We”, “us”, “our”refer to Indra Educational Services Private Limited, the owner and administrator of our applications, website and Services.
• “You”, “User”means any person who accesses, registers for, or uses our Apps, website or Services.
• “App” / “Application”means our mobile and web applications, available across Android, iOS and the web.
• “Services”means the educational content, features, classes, tests and tools we make available to you.
• “Course / Exam”means the NEET UG, NEET PG and other programmes offered through the App or our centres.
• “Plan / Subscription”means a paid plan that grants access to specified Services for a stated validity period.
• “Content / Materials”means classes, videos, notes, tests, MCQs, question banks and other study materials provided through the Services.

To use the full Services, you may be required to register and provide accurate information such as your name, mobile number, email address and other details necessary to create and manage your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are a minor under applicable law, you should access and use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Certain Services require a paid Plan or Subscription. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be revised from time to time at our discretion. The total amount may include the plan or course fee, service charges, payment-gateway or convenience charges, and applicable taxes (including GST). Payments are processed online through our authorized payment partner.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Subject to availability, we provide educational Services to help students prepare for medical entrance examinations (NEET UG and NEET PG) and other courses, through plans, live and recorded video lessons, tests, notes, MCQs, question banks and other study methods.

• Video lessons may be viewed for the duration of your Plan; downloading or recording them is not permitted.
• Tests can be taken from the relevant section of the App, with results made available as specified.
• Question banks and MCQs provide chapter-wise practice, with feedback and correct answers shown to aid learning.
• Additional features may include payment confirmations, notifications, profile and password management, support, FAQs and printed/PDF notes where offered.

All Materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Indra Educational Services Private Limited or its licensors, and are made available to you under a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own educational use only.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as queries, complaints or profile information). By submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce and display it solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

You agree that:

1. You will use the Apps, Services and Materials only for lawful, personal and non-commercial educational purposes, and not for any fraudulent, unlawful or criminal activity.
2. You will not download, screen-record, copy, scrape or otherwise reproduce video lessons or other Content except where a feature expressly allows it.
3. You will not share, resell, publish or commercially circulate notes, PDFs, recordings or any other Materials, in whole or in part.
4. You will not share your login credentials, allow others to use your account, or access the Services through unauthorized means.
5. You will provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep your account details up to date.
6. You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or compromise the security or integrity of the Apps or Services.

Any breach of these obligations may result in suspension or withdrawal of access, without refund, and we may take such further action as is available to us under law.

You must not host, upload, share, transmit or make available any content that:

1. Content that belongs to another person and to which you do not hold the necessary rights.
2. Content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, invasive of privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
3. Content that harms, or is intended to harm, any person, minor, or property in any manner.
4. Content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.
5. Content that infringes any copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right, or that threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of India or its friendly relations with foreign states.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to:

1. Retain full ownership of the Apps, Services and all associated intellectual property.
2. Restrict, suspend or moderate abusive, fraudulent or non-compliant behaviour.
3. Limit, vary or withdraw features, Plans or access at our reasonable discretion.
4. Terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms or exposes us to legal risk.

The App, its Content, design, logos, names and marks are owned by or licensed to Indra Educational Services Private Limited. You may not use, copy or imitate our marks, or any confusingly similar marks, without our prior written consent. Where we are notified of material that infringes a third party’s copyright, we will act on it in accordance with our takedown practices and applicable law.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee that the Content is error-free, complete, or free of viruses, or that the Services will be uninterrupted. Any defects identified will be corrected on a best-effort basis once notified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions arising from the internet-based nature of the App. We are neither an agent nor a partner of yours; our role is limited to providing the Services. Any liability is subject to, and limited by, our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your continued access could expose us or other users to legal or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any amounts already due.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as described there, when required by law, or to prevent fraud or misuse.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. No failure to enforce any provision shall operate as a waiver of it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
